Staci Thomas appeals the defense verdict in her medical malpractice action against the Emory Clinic, Inc. She argues that the trial court erred in admitting hearsay evidence and abused its discretion in refusing to replace a juror who did not disclose in voir dire his niece's relationship to several witnesses.
