Ramone Taylor, a Sergeant with the DeKalb County Sherrif's Department, appeals from the denial of his motion for summary judgment in a slip-and-fall suit brought by Raquel Campbell, who was on her way to work at the DeKalb County jail. The trial court denied Taylor's motion on the ground that issues of fact remained as to whether he was entitled to official immunity from personal liability.
