Following a jury trial, Kenneth Shamar Rainey was convicted of criminal attempt to traffic in cocaine (OCGA §§ 16-13-31(a)(1), 16-13-33), criminal attempt to traffic in marijuana (OCGA §§ 16-13-31(c), 16-13-33), and possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime (OCGA § 16-11-106(b)(5)).
