Following a jury trial, Earnest Rhodes was convicted of child molestation (OCGA § 16-6-4(a)) and incest (OCGA § 16-6-22). Rhodes appeals from the denial of his motion for new trial, contending that (1) the trial court erred in failing to suppress the DNA evidence; (2) the trial court erred in charging the jury on similar transaction evidence; and (3) he received ineffective assistance of counsel.
