Mary Jo Cielinski sued the City of Columbus for nuisance arising from its allegedly inadequate drainage system and failure to properly maintain its drainage system, resulting in repeated flooding of her land and her home. Cielinski also asserted a claim for breach of contract. After the trial court denied the City's motions for summary judgment on both claims, the City sought an interlocutory appeal. We granted the application, and now affirm in part...
