Lois Anderson filed the instant personal injury lawsuit against Tattnall County to recover for injuries that she allegedly sustained when the county-operated ambulance was involved in a collision while transporting her to a local hospital.1 Tattnall County filed a motion for summary judgment, claiming that it was entitled to statutory immunity as an emergency care provider under OCGA § 31-11-8.
