After police discovered more than 28 grams of cocaine in a car driven by Teumbie M. Weems, she was charged with trafficking in cocaine. Weems filed a motion to suppress, arguing that the officer extended the scope of the traffic stop and lacked reasonable suspicion of criminal activity beyond the traffic violation.
