This appeal is from a summary judgment holding that a proceeding appellant had denominated an inverse condemnation action was untimely filed. The trial court correctly held that the action is properly characterized as an appeal from a county zoning decision and is therefore subject to the 30-day time limit for appeals to superior court set out in OCGA § 5-3-20.
