These companion cases arise from a dispute in which Rollins, Inc., sued Carrier Corp. alleging damages for breach of contract and other claims related to Carrier's agreement to install a more than $2 million heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning ("HVAC") system at Rollins's headquarters.
