Appellees Glenda Sue Gregor and Richard James Gregor, the paternal grandmother and paternal step-grandfather of H.M.S., filed a petition to adopt her after both her parents died. The trial court granted the petition and the appellants, who are relatives of the child, filed the present appeal.
