MILLER, Judge.
Cornelius Demond Arnold was granted an out-of-time appeal to challenge the denial of his post-sentencing motion to withdraw his guilty plea to possession of cocaine (OCGA § 16-13-30(a)). Arnold contends that the trial court erred in denying his motion to withdraw his guilty plea since his counsel provided ineffective assistance by failing to adequately communicate the plea negotiations.
