Gary Todd Hite appeals his conviction on one count of driving under the influence of alcohol with an unlawful blood content (OCGA § 40-6-391(a)(5)).1 Hite's conviction arose after he was stopped on February 23, 2008, at approximately 3:30 a.m., by the Georgia State Patrol at a roadblock located on a ramp between Georgia 400 and Lenox Road.
