In this appeal, Minnie Hearn asserts that the trial court erred in granting summary judgment in favor of Dollar Rent A Car, Inc. ("Dollar"), York STB, Inc. ("York"), and DTG Operations, Inc. ("DTG") in this case involving an alleged breach of a settlement agreement.
