Marquet Sherman Donald was charged with one count of burglary, three counts of armed robbery, three counts of aggravated assault, four counts of possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime, three counts of false imprisonment, two counts of aggravated assault on a police officer, and one count of theft by taking. A Clayton County jury found him not guilty of the two counts of aggravated assault on a police officer, not guilty of one count...
