Stephen Lee Butler filed this interlocutory appeal from the trial court's grant of the state's motion to admit similar transaction evidence, contending that: (1) the independent offenses are not sufficiently similar to the crimes charged; and (2) the probative value of evidence of the independent offenses is outweighed by the prejudicial effect. Finding no error, we affirm.
