Steve Richardson appeals from a trial court order denying his motion for discharge and acquittal for an alleged violation of his constitutional right to a speedy trial. Because we find the trial court's order is insufficient to allow us to determine whether the trial court abused its discretion, we vacate the judgment and remand the case for entry of an order expressly including proper findings...
