These appeals arise out of a nonjudicial foreclosure sale under power. Mohammed Amirfazli ("the debtor") sued VATACS Group, Inc. ("the secured creditor") to set aside the foreclosure sale, alleging fraud, bad faith, and unjust enrichment. Both parties moved for summary judgment, and the trial court set aside the foreclosure after concluding that, as a matter of law, the sale did not comply with advertising requirements.
