In this quiet title action, Charles Stanley Turner and Tim W. Turner brought suit against the City of Tallapoosa, Philip Eidson, the City Manager, Donald Ridley, and Ronald Ridley, contending that they owned certain unused roadbeds running through the Ridleys' property.
