Appellant Sammy Brinson, Jr., was convicted and sentenced for felony murder and aggravated battery in connection with the death of his infant daughter, Arianna Rosier.1 He appeals, asserting, inter alia, the State failed to prove venue in Effingham County. We find no reversible error and affirm.
