On August 23, 2004, Aaron Croy entered a plea of guilty to one count of kidnapping with bodily injury. He was sentenced to twenty years, to serve ten, and he is required to serve the entire ten years in prison with no chance of parole.1 On September 20, 2004, Croy moved to withdraw his plea, which, following a hearing, the trial court denied.2
