Steven Kane, who was nine years of age at the time, was injured when he fell from playground equipment that he was attempting to climb in a Gwinnett County park. Like most children nine years of age, Steven appreciated the obvious risk of falling that is associated with climbing to high places, and he voluntarily chose to assume the risk.
