Antonio Davis1 appeals the denial of his motion to dismiss his indictment for violation of his constitutional right to a speedy trial. Because the trial court clearly erred in reaching several material factual findings, we vacate the court's judgment and remand the case for further proceedings.2

Davis was arrested on November 21, 2006 in Fulton County for child molestation....
