In this premises-liability action, Margaret Benefield sued April Marie Tominich, doing business as Taylor's Gin Store ("TGS"), alleging that TGS breached a duty it owed her as an invitee when she tripped on a rubber mat outside of the entrance to the store and suffered injuries as a result.
