DOYLE, Judge.
CACV of Colorado, LLC, filed suit against Tammy E. Hutto to collect past due sums under the terms of a Mastercard/Visa credit card agreement. The trial court granted summary judgment to CACV, and Hutto appeals, arguing that CACV (1) failed to establish a valid legal contract between Hutto and CACV's predecessor; and (2) failed to demonstrate that CACV had standing to sue Hutto as an assignee of any debt she owed.
