Ronnie Lee Williams appeals from the denial of his motion for new trial following his convictions for trafficking in cocaine, possession of cocaine with intent to distribute, possession of methamphetamine, and possession of a firearm during certain crimes. Williams and his co-defendants filed a motion to suppress, which the trial court granted. The State appealed, and this Court reversed the judgment in State v. Howard,
