Leland Timothy Watkins, Michael Edwin Watkins, and Leland Brian Watkins (collectively, "Watkins Farm") sued Stacey Bloodsworth, Tony Yancey, and Milton Ussery for crop damage allegedly caused by the drifting of chemicals aerially applied by Bloodsworth to Ussery's neighboring cotton crop.
