Karl Max Louisyr was tried by jury and convicted of two counts of aggravated stalking in violation of OCGA § 16-5-91. He now appeals from the denial of his motion for a new trial, asserting that the evidence adduced at trial is insufficient to prove beyond a reasonable doubt that he engaged in a pattern of harassing and intimidating behavior directed at his victim.
