Willie Earl Holmes appeals from the denial of his motion to correct an illegal sentence. For reasons that follow, we affirm.
Holmes pled guilty in May 2009 to making terroristic threats and received a sentence of five years imprisonment. Approximately four months later, Holmes moved to "correct" the sentence, arguing that it was void.
