Shantana Fuller appeals the trial court's denial of her plea of former jeopardy. For the reasons that follow, we affirm.

In determining whether a trial court properly denied a plea in bar "[w]here the evidence is uncontroverted and no question regarding the credibility of witnesses is presented, we review de novo the trial court's application of the law to undisputed facts." (Citation omitted.) Summers v. State,
