Tom E. DuPree, Jr., appeals from the grant of summary judgment to SunTrust Bank in its action on a promissory note executed by DuPree on May 10, 2008, in the amount of $420,000. The note was secured by three tracts of land, as evidenced by the Commercial Security Agreement and security deed executed in connection with the note.
