Princell for dental malpractice, alleging that Princell was negligent in recommending surgery to extract Tooth No. 32, a wisdom tooth, and failing to disclose the magnitude of the risks and practical alternatives to the surgery pursuant to OCGA § 31-9-6.1, a statute governing informed consent in specific types of medical procedures.
