Stephen Gerard Maloof, as administrator of the estate of his aunt, Lorraine Maloof, filed this wrongful death action against the Metropolitan Atlanta Rapid Transit Authority ("MARTA"). MARTA moved for summary judgment, contending that the two-year statute of limitation governing the wrongful death claim had expired.
