Following a jury trial, Jimmy Dee Hunt was convicted of five counts of sexual exploitation of children (OCGA § 16-12-100). Hunt appeals, arguing that (i) the trial court erred in denying his motion in limine to exclude photographs contained on a USB thumb drive by shifting the State's burden of proof to him, in effect, requiring that he prove the inadmissibility of the photographs, and (ii) the evidence was insufficient to support his convictions...
