In Case No. A10A0391, he appeals from the trial court's denial of his motion seeking to hold his ex-wife, Lorena Xenia Mendoza, in contempt for her failure to comply with the couple's 2005 divorce decree, which awarded Saravia legal and primary physical custody of the couple's four children.
