Following remand from this court, the trial court granted summary judgment to the former Clerk and a Deputy Clerk of the Fulton County Superior Court in a suit against them by Calvin McGee. McGee remained in prison an extra 22 months because the Clerk did not transmit his amended sentence to the Department of Corrections (DOC).
