Hyun Kim appeals from the trial court's grant of summary judgment to Municipal Market Company (Municipal), her landlord at the Sweet Auburn Curb Market in Atlanta, on her claim for negligence following her fall on a wet floor sign lying in a puddle of water in the common area of the market.
