Seven-year-old Derek James Conner was injured when he pulled a 400-pound granite headstone over onto his foot in the parking lot at Norman Sosebee Funeral Home. His parents, Joel and Kim Conner, filed suit against the funeral home and Cartersville Monument Company, Inc.
