Terry Willis was indicted for trafficking in cocaine and possession of marijuana with intent to distribute. He moved to suppress evidence uncovered during the execution of a search warrant, arguing that the affidavit on which the magistrate relied to issue the warrant included information the affiant knew to be untrue.
