A jury found Farris Smith guilty of two counts of armed robbery, two counts of kidnapping, one count of aggravated assault, and one count of possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime. Smith appeals, arguing the evidence was insufficient to support the jury's verdict, he received illegal sentences, and he received ineffective assistance of trial counsel. We find no error and affirm Smith's convictions, but we remand for resentencing...
