In 2006, Crystal Farms, Inc. sued Road Atlanta, LLC for trespass, conversion of trees, and diminution in value of its property. Underlying the complaint was Crystal Farms's contention that Road Atlanta had abandoned two right-of-way easements over Crystal Farms's property.
