BLACKBURN, Presiding Judge.

Following a jury trial, Melvin James Jackson was convicted of a single count each of criminal trespass1 and theft by taking (misdemeanor).2 He now appeals from the denial of his motion for a new trial, asserting that the evidence was insufficient to sustain his convictions. We disagree and affirm.
