We granted certiorari to decide whether the Court of Appeals erred in concluding that a riding lawnmower is a "motor vehicle" as that term is used in the statute punishing theft of a motor vehicle, OCGA § 16-8-12(a)(5)(A). See Harris v. State, 295 Ga.App. 727, 729-730, 673 S.E.2d 76 (2009). We hold that the Court of Appeals did err and that appellant's conviction for theft of a motor vehicle should...
