Garrick Victor Mims was indicted on two counts of child molestation (Counts 1 and 2) and one count of enticing a child for indecent purposes (Count 3). A jury acquitted him of Counts 1 and 3 and found him guilty on Count 2. The trial court sentenced Mims to serve 20 years in prison.
