These consolidated appeals arise from a dispute over employee compensation. In Case No. A09A0990, BDI Laguna Holdings, Inc. ("BDIL") appeals from a jury verdict in favor of Charles Marsh, a former company employee, awarding him the value of certain company stock promised to him.
