This appeal involves an action brought by Floyd Propst, the administrator of an estate, against Robin Morgan, the administratrix of another estate. The suit renewed an earlier action voluntarily dismissed by Propst. A jury returned a verdict in favor of Propst and the court entered a judgment thereon. Morgan filed a notice of appeal. After certain costs relating to transmission of the record remained unpaid, the trial court dismissed
