The divorce trial of Donald J. O'Keefe ("Husband") and Lynn O'Keefe ("Wife") was scheduled to begin at 9:00 a.m. on September 25, 2008. Husband, however, did not appear for trial until 1:30 p.m. Because of this late arrival, the trial could not be finished in one day.
