Homer Lyons, Jr., was indicted on charges of armed robbery, false imprisonment, aggravated assault, impersonating an officer, and possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime. A jury found Lyons guilty of all of the charges, except that it found him guilty of robbery by intimidation as a lesser included offense of armed robbery.
