In Case No. A09A1457, Golden Atlanta Site Development, Inc. ("Golden"), appeals from the order of the State Court of Cobb County granting partial summary judgment to Katayon M. Nahai on her claim for breach of contract. Golden contends the trial court erred in granting summary judgment because the contract is unenforceable because it provides for a usurious rate of interest and the court awarded "interest upon interest."
