Hansen & Hansen Enterprises, Inc., Juden Enterprises, Dennis Hansen, and Judy Hansen ("Hansen") appeal from a superior court order vacating an arbitration award in their favor on claims asserted by SCSJ Enterprises Inc. and Shandton Williams ("SCSJ").1 Because the trial court erred in vacating the award on two of three grounds, we affirm in part, reverse in part, and remand the case with direction.
