Following a jury trial in October 2005, Donald Carl Hibbs was found guilty and convicted of three counts of aggravated child molestation. He was sentenced to 15 years in confinement on each count, to run concurrently. His motion for new trial was denied, and he appeals the judgment against him, contending that the scope of his cross-examination of the victim at trial was improperly restricted.
